I try to update all our members with a weekly email – I have just begun using our new communication & pastoral care network called Elvanto. If you didn’t get one from me this week please ensure our church has your email address—let us know too if you wish to unsubscribe. To learn more or have any questions about how you can access this great new facility please contact our Communications Director Matt Robson at firstname.lastname@example.org or our office manager Kim Copper.
Renovations – to Busy Bees Hall powers ahead. Check it out! When this is completed work will begin on 133 Gymea Bay Road, in preparation for us hosting a Syrian refugee family.
Rescue Sunday – Thanks to all, especially Kim Cooper & Olivia Robson, for a wonderful Rescue Sunday last week – it was HUGE!
Term 2 Bible Study & sermon notes – are now available from Graham or our office on the Reformation & the Book of Numbers for group or personal study
Church Giving– during January to March member giving has been more than $10,000 behind budget. All our members are asked to pray about this & if possible help with increased or more regular giving. More than 60% of our member giving is done electronically. Our expenditure is below budget due to Michael Mak’s move but all our other costs remain the same and we are seeking adding extra staffing as well as Matt Steele-Smith & Aaron Smith to maintain our ministries.
Matt Steele Smith – Married Stephanie Smith yesterday and (understandably) will be away from church the next two Sundays!
Waterworks Anglican Aid Fundraiser – congratulations and thanks to all who took part raising more than $4000!
Your brother in Christ, Graham Crew
